Manufacturing & Production Capabilities

Load-Lok’s manufacturing capabilities include multiple steel rolling mills, press-brakes & CNC sheet metal punching machinery. Garment Rails, Shoring Poles & Decking Beams are assembled in dedicated production areas within the factory. We also manufactures cargo nets, webbing slings for the lifting industry & a full programme of fall arrest equipment including safety harnesses & lanyards.Each Load-Lok company has an “in-house” sewing division producing high quality lashings to the latest specifications.

Multi-Temperature Control

Our Isolock division specializes in the design & production of interior bulkheads for multi-temp operations. Our Frigowall solid (grp) panel version & Tempwall (flexible) version incorporate superior components proven to stand up to the rigours of multi-drop operations.Both versions are available with our unique spring-assisted counterbalance mechanism, helping to make our bulkheads amongst the most user-friendly available.
